Molly Cevasco, PhD (She/her/ella)

CAPSS Clinical Associate

Licensed Psychologist (WA)

As a bilingual psychologist, I provide services in English and Spanish. I care deeply about social justice, and strive to provide neurodiversity- and gender-affirming care. I have specialized training and interest in working with those who have experienced trauma and/ or have experienced the foster care system.

In my private practice, I primarily offer evaluation services for teens and adults.

I offer comprehensive diagnostic psychological evaluations that focus on:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Autism

  • ADHD

  • Learning Disabilities (including dyslexia)

  • Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Within the context of these evaluations, I have extensive experience and training in clarifying mental health concerns including anxiety, OCD, and depression.

Originally trained as a school psychologist, I also offer Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), which are evaluations conducted by a third-party when the school district and family disagree about the results of a special education evaluation.

Additionally, I conduct IQ testing for gifted programming and school planning purposes (click here to self-schedule for IQ testing ONLY).

In addition to evaluations, I offer trainings, workshops, talks, and consultation for schools, organizations, and individuals hoping to expand their knowledge and skills. Selected topics include:

  • Providing trauma-informed clinical and educational services

  • Trauma-focused treatment for autistic people

  • Supporting educators in designing and implementing behavior change for students (individual, classroom, and school-wide)

  • Completing functional behavior assessments with mental health in mind

  • Advocating for equity within large systems

  • Incorporation of neurodiversity-affirming practices into Dialectical Behavior Therapy

I also maintain a very small trauma-focused therapy caseload.
